I’m Aaron and I’m part of the Business Development team here at OpenCandy.

I made the move to OpenCandy and sunny San Diego from Seattle, Washington and I couldn’t be happier about it. I still can’t believe that there are places in the US that have weather like San Diego! Sales has always been something I have had a passion for and after college I realized that it was the only job where they encouraged me to talk all day (something I would do anyways). I come from a background in Medical/Surgical sales with a company called Henry Schein Inc. I received my BA in political science from Central Washington University in 2006 where I played water polo and rugby.

I married my high school sweetheart in April of 2008 and we have been living with our two dogs in West Seattle ever since. Coming to OpenCandy is the first time I have ever lived outside of Washington and I have come to realize in my short time here that if it wasn’t for snow sports, family, and friends I would have very few reasons to go back! Besides my new found love of long walks on the beach, you can usually find me out riding my motorcycle or in playing a new video game.
